Terms of Service
By using a FOPP Studio app you agree to these terms. Short version: use the apps in good faith, your subscription is managed by Google Play, and our tools support your wellbeing but don't replace professional care.
1. The service
FOPP apps (including REWYRE and Anang) provide self-improvement and social tools: habit tracking, scores, journaling, community features and an AI coach. Features may change as products evolve. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use REWYRE. Anang is a dating app and is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over — no exceptions, and misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate termination.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in-app before purchase; trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; for anything unusual email hello@fopp.studio— we're humans, we'll be fair.
3. Your content
Journals, check-ins and coach messages are yours. You give us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service. Community posts must be supportive — harassment, explicit content or shaming other members gets content removed and repeat accounts suspended.
4. Not medical advice
FOPP apps, including scores and the AI coach, are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical devices, diagnosis or therapy. If you're in crisis, contact AASRA +91 98204 66726 or iCall +91 91529 87821, or your local emergency services.
5. Fair use
Don't reverse-engineer, abuse the APIs, scrape the community, or use the apps to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOPP Studio's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Governing law: India.
